Refund Policy

We will process your refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product at our facilities.

Cannactiva reserves the right to deduct shipping costs in case of order cancellations that have already been dispatched, provided that the return is not due to a quality defect of the product.

Once your return has been approved in accordance with our policy, the following options are offered to receive the refund:

• Same Payment Method: Receive the refund using the same payment method you used for your original purchase. This guarantees a fast and secure transaction. In these cases, the refund will reach your account within 2 to 7 business days, depending on the bank.
• Store Credit: Choose to receive a voucher with credit for future purchases at Cannactiva for the amount of the refund. This option has no expiration date and the voucher can be used with offers on the website, so you can use it whenever you want.
• Exchange for another Product: You can choose to exchange for an equivalent or similar product. Contact us for more information.

The preferred method of reimbursement will be agreed between the customer and Cannactiva at the time of return management. If a return affects an order with discounts conditioned to a minimum amount, the discount will be adjusted proportionally.
