The raffle is organized by Cannactiva SL, with NIF B67233593 and with fiscal address at C/Calabria 149 in Barcelona.
The draw will take place live on Sunday, March 17, 2024 at 8 p.m. at the Cannactiva stand (number 156), inside the Spannabis Barcelona Fairgrounds. The sweepstakes may be recorded for live or delayed broadcast on social networks.
Participation in this raffle is free and open to any individual over the age of 18. To participate, it is necessary to provide name and e-mail address. Participation in the sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these rules, which include the subscription to commercial communications from Cannactiva.
Cannactiva employees, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the raffle.
There will be 10 prizes each day. Each prize will include a batch of CBD products consisting of 5 varieties of Cannactiva CBD flowers (2g) and merchandising. The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other product or cash value.
The winner will be chosen at random through the Raffle sweepstakes application, among all participants who meet the participation requirements. The raffle will be held each day of Spannabis (March 14, 15 and 16) at 19h at the Cannactiva booth number 156. The name of the winners will be announced on the Instagram of @cannactiva.cbd.
The list of participants will be deleted each day, so you can only win on the day you have participated. Entries after 7 p.m. will be entered into the next day’s drawing.
Winners will be contacted directly by Cannactiva through the email address provided. If the e-mail address provided is incorrect, a new winner will be selected on the same day. The winner must respond within 24 hours of the drawing to claim his/her prize.
The collection of the prize will be in person, at the Cannactiva stand (number 156) or at any of the Cannactiva physical stores (Madrid or Barcelona).
Details for prize collection will be agreed with the winner. The deadline for collecting the award is March 31, 2025. If, for reasons beyond Cannactiva’s control, on that date the prize has not yet been collected or shipped, it cannot be claimed and Cannactiva reserves the right to select a new winner.
In accordance with current data protection regulations, participants consent to their personal data being included in a file under the responsibility of Cannactiva, for the purpose of managing the raffle, as well as for future commercial communications based on Cannactiva’s Privacy Policy.
For the purpose of conducting the raffle, the Rafflys Random Name Picker application will be used in accordance with the Rafflys Privacy Policy.
Participants may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link found in the promotional emails, or by requesting unsubscription at: info@cannactiva.com, indicating the email address where they do not want us to send communications.
Participation in the raffle implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the clauses of these Terms and Conditions.
The raffle will be governed by current Spanish legislation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract shall, if possible, be settled out of court. For any controversy that may arise in the interpretation and application of these rules, both Cannactiva and the participants of this raffle submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the domicile of Cannactiva.
