Satisfaction Guarantee

At Cannactiva, we are committed to guarantee your total satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a guarantee of up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request the return of the products purchased. For wholesalers and dropshipping, the return period is 15 calendar days.

If one of our flowers or resins has not met your expectations, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with an exchange or refund.

Return Policy

To make a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Cannactiva: Contact our customer service by sending an email to info@cannactiva.com. Please indicate the order number, the email with which the purchase was made, the reason for the return and, if possible, attach photos to help us understand the problem so that we can better assist you.
  2. Confirmation and Instructions: Our team will respond to your request within 10 calendar days and will send you a reply with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  3. Product Shipment: Once you receive our instructions, send the products to the address provided following the instructions that our customer service team will give you.

Returns for Defective or Erroneous Products

  • Notification: If you receive a defective product or a product that does not correspond to your order, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt by sending an email to info@cannactiva.com with the order number, details of the defect and, if applicable, a photo of the error or defect.
  • Return Management: Cannactiva will bear the cost of return and reshipment of the correct product.

Conditions for Returned Products

  • Product Condition: Items must be returned in perfect condition, without having been opened or altered, and in the same condition in which they were delivered, including their sealing, except in the case of defective products. In accordance with Article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you may not cancel the return if the product has been unsealed.
  • User Responsibility: The return of the products is the responsibility of the customer. It is essential to keep the receipt or invoice as proof of purchase and shipping. Cannactiva is not responsible for possible losses or incidents that may suffer the orders by the carrier during the return.

Exceptions in Returns

We do not accept returns on opened or used vaporizers.

Reimbursement

We will process your refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the time we receive the returned product at our facilities. Once we receive the returned product, we will offer you refund or exchange options that best suit your needs.

Cannactiva reserves the right to deduct shipping costs in case of cancellations of orders that have already been dispatched, provided that the return is not due to a quality defect of the product. Please refer to the Refund Policy for more information.
