At Cannactiva, we know how important it is for you to receive your orders quickly, discreetly and efficiently. For this reason, we work with different shipping companies with the sole objective of being able to offer a shipping service that is competent and adapts to the different needs of each person, guaranteeing that you enjoy our high quality hemp products in the shortest possible time.
Orders are shipped with complete discretion, packaged in a plastic bag provided by the carrier. The shipping label does not include any reference to Cannactiva or the contents of the package, thus guaranteeing your privacy. If you need details about your order, please contact us and we will inform you.
We offer free shipping for orders from 25€ in Spain and Portugal, and from 60€ in the rest of Europe. For those orders that do not reach these amounts, shipping costs are calculated as follows: 4,92 € + VAT for deliveries in Spain (5,95 € with VAT) and Portugal, Balearic Islands 8,18 € (9,90 € with VAT). In other European countries, a shipping rate of 8,18€ + VAT applies.
Orders placed by bank transfer will be shipped upon confirmation of receipt of payment.
Cash on delivery orders must be paid in cash with the exact amount at the time of delivery. Please note that, in case of not having the exact cash, the package cannot be delivered, and that the cash on delivery must be paid in cash, and cannot be paid by Bizum, card, or other payment methods. In addition, the cash on delivery payment method is only available in Spain and Portugal.
Each shipment includes one delivery attempt. If delivery is not possible on this attempt and the carrier offers the service, the package will be deposited at a service point for the customer to pick up. If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to our warehouse. If a new shipment is requested, the costs will be borne by the customer. In addition, shipments delivered to an address other than the one initially provided or to incorrect addresses will have an additional cost of 5€.
Our fast shipping service ensures that you receive your high quality hemp products in the shortest possible time.
Due to high demand, during Black Friday, Christmas, Sales or Easter, carriers cannot guarantee fast shipments and expect delays. Shipping time will be affected by high demand and holidays, so we recommend placing your order in advance.
At Cannactiva we offer fast shipping in 24/48 hours within the peninsula (Monday to Friday, not holidays). All orders are shipped express, but from experience, we have found that some deliveries can be delayed, especially in isolated areas, so we set a 48-hour window.
No shipments or deliveries are made on weekends.
For international shipments, delivery times in most European countries range from 24 to 72 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
If you need specific information about shipping time to a particular country, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Delivery options include point of delivery or home delivery. For reasons external to Cannactiva, it may happen that some service points are not available at the time of shipment. In that case, the pick-up point will be changed to a closer one and the customer will be notified of the change.
