Hemp is a crop that requires less water than other vegetable fibers, its cultivation protects the soil by eliminating toxins from the soil, providing nutrients, without the use of pesticides and protecting biodiversity. With a rapid growth cycle, hemp allows several harvests per year and is highly efficient in capturing CO2, contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gases (more than other plant tissues). In addition, it is completely biodegradable and does not release microplastics into the environment, unlike synthetic fabrics. For all these reasons, hemp fabric improves the environment from its cultivation to the end of its consumption cycle. Materials:

• Outer Material: 100% hemp fabric from the EU with GOTS certification, varnished with Tubiguard soft water repellent, which protects from exposure to liquid a few minutes before penetrating inside.
• Inner Material: 100% Recycled Cotton (GRS)
• Laces: 50% Certified Recycled Cotton (GRS) + 50% Certified Recycled PU (GRS)
• Insole: Natural cork and certified recycled PU (GRS)
• Outsole: certified recycled TPU (GRS)

Maintenance:

Hand wash or machine wash, first removing the cork insole, which cannot be washed. In the washing machine, use a short, cold program (max. 24ºC), without softener. Dry at room temperature, in a dry place without direct light.
