We offer free shipping for orders from 25€ in Spain, and from 60€ in the rest of Europe. For orders below these amounts, shipping costs are calculated as follows: 4,92€ for deliveries in Spain (5,95€ with VAT), 4,92€ (+ VAT) and 8,10€ (+ VAT) for other European countries. Orders placed by bank transfer will not be shipped until payment is received.
These charges include one delivery attempt. In case it is not possible to make the delivery in these attempts, if the carrier company has the service, it can be deposited at a service point of the carrier company, where the customer can pick it up. If it is not picked up, the order will be returned to our warehouse. If a new shipment is desired, the cost of reshipment will be borne by the customer. Shipments that are finally delivered to an address other than the one provided by the sender at the origin of the shipment, or incorrect addresses, will have an additional cost of 5€.

For deliveries to mainland Spain, orders placed before 3:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be delivered within 24 – 48 working hours (Monday to Friday excluding holidays). For deliveries to the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is 48-72 working hours.
For international shipments, in most European countries the shipping time is from 48-72 business hours to 7 days, depending on the destination country. Please contact us if you would like specific information about the estimated shipping time in a particular country.
In periods such as summer sales, Black Friday and Christmas, shipping time can be affected by high demand.
Delivery options include point of delivery or home delivery. For reasons external to Cannactiva, it may happen that some service points are not available at the time of shipment. In that case, the pick-up point will be changed to a closer one and the customer will be notified of the change.

In case of detecting any damage to the packaging, it must be reported immediately on the delivery note and Cannactiva must be contacted.
